The machine is controlled by PLC fullcomputer touch screen displayer which can realize a full automaticcycle operation of mould opening, mould closing, material feeding,heating preserving, vacuum cooling, demoulding and extruding out offinished products. The surface of the mould is made of specialaluminum alloy which can realize a high efficiency of heatconduction, favorable tensile strength and long service life. Themachine is integrated with overseas advanced and specialpenetrating and heating techniques for shaping, and a high pressuresuction fan for material feeding, cooling with a strongpenetrability, favorable adhesivity, low consumption of steam, highspeed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure theuniformity of inside and outside of the product. The cassettemechanism of the machine applies as a synchronous transmission witha large adjustable range for rise and fall so as to realize itsmultipurpose application.
